hi Surendiran
thanks for responding. Here are my answers
1.No
2. No
3. No

To reclarify , its not increased bowel movement, rather not proper movement morning. That is why its coming thru out the day whenever i take some food. even if i take single piece of bread again bowel movement starts and had to go into bathroom. the stool is of yesterdays not todays bowel movement. I sense somethign wrong. Moreover,i sense full stomach even if i take single bread or roti or biscuit and feeling heavy.

please help

Brief Answer:
IBS(irritable bowel syndrome)

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Nice to meet you again,
From your history with no significant symptoms, it favors more towards the irritable bowel syndrome.
It usually happens as an habituation rather than a disease or infection.
I advise you to try on taking,
1)     High fibre rich diet, in order to overcome diarrhoeal episodes.
2)     Take low FODMAP diet (Short chain carbohydrate diet like wheat, rye, barley) and eat fruit as whole rather than juices.
3)     Medications like Loperamide are shown with good results to reduce the episodes of stools.
Hope helped you,

As follows,

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome back,
Yes, changing diet will brink drastic results in IBS and will bring solution to your problem.
I also suggest to take easily digestible item in order to overcome effect of stomach fullness, try to take antacid syrup 5 ml before every meal to ease digestion.
It is a good sign with absent diarrhoeal episode for early recovery in IBS.
Kindly rate if you are satisfied.
