Question: what can be done if the body gets excess of heat, a smy body is always heat,an bleeds from nose..any solution

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice
investigation to check your thyroid hormones like thyroid profile &
for nose bleed use saline nasal spray like solspre 3 puff each nostril thrice daily .

your answer is absouloutely in-correct im not a person with thyroid problem i'm fit, but not related to thyroid......i eat lot of chicken an heta items a lot, prob i should consult some one, your response was really not helpful, feels like im misguided

Thanks for reply .

If your are getting excess heat by eating lot of chicken , i would advice decrease eating chicken & spicy foods . Spicy foods increase heat inside body .

Get check your pulse rate from your doctor , if it is more than 90/min then only check your thyroid hormone level .

For nose bleed use saline nasal spray like solspre 3 puff each nostril thrice daily , it will decrease dryness inside nose .
