Brief Answer:
Self corrected over the time. Do consult once.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,

Thanks for writing to us. Followings are my comments:

1) I understand your concern. Slight inward of right leg while walking is NOT a big problem. In-toeing is found in about 0.2 % and can happen from birth to puberty due to delay in rotational or torsional unwinding during a normal bone development.

2) Most of the children who have in-toeing will gradually self correct until their feet point straight ahead as they develop into adults. The tripping also reduces over time. Very few children might require some kind of medical or surgical treatment.

3) SUGGESTED STEPS: a) NOT to sit in "W" position, b) Use corrective shoes, c) Dance exercise helps to bend outward, d) Use Comod for toilet instead of ground squatting.

Last thing, I suggest to make a consultation with Pediatric Orthopedician for clinical examination to rule out any other problem.

Hope, I have answered your query. Wish your good health and take care.
