Hello and Welcome

Feeling of improper emptying of bladder can be due to a small calculus impacted in the wall of the bladder. There is also associated straining of urination present with this condition. Potassium citrate can be used as prophylaxis against calcium or uric acid stone formation and deposition. Prostate enlargement though unlikely at your age and other abnormal growth within or near the bladder can also cause such symptoms. An X ray KUB and ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvic structures should be done in this regard. Urine R/E and culture sensitivity testing should also be done to rule out UTI. Cystometric studies and cystoscopy can be resorted to if the above investigations fail to identify the cause, in consult with a Urologist.

Brief Answer:
Need more info
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I would not jump to a definite conclusion as the cause requires investigations , first.
By weird , do you mean a painful , burning or itching sensation ?
For how long has this sensation persisted , Please specify the time period.
thanks.

Brief Answer:
explained
Detailed Answer:
hi,
An infection is the most likely cause. Could you upload the results of the urine test. Urine R/E should be repeated and if still no pus cells or RBCs are found then the tip of the penis can be examined to look for any local drying or signs of an STD, in consult with your doctor.
Thanks
