Brief Answer:
Probably not diabetes

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
If she has hypoglycemia and doesn't use insulin then this can't be diabetes since diabetes is characterized by hyperglycemia. If you measured her blood glucose after meals and there are low values then it may indicate hyperinsulinemia which. is opossite to diabetes and may indicate some hormonal disorder, neuroendocrine tumors or. digestion disorder. It would be good to check adrenal and pancreatic hormonal levels for a start and this should reveal possible issue. Wish you good health. Feel free to ask further questions. Regards
