Brief Answer:
Get xray done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

From your history it seems to arthritis of sacroilitis joint. But to make exact diagnosis you need to have xray lumbosacral spine focusing affected sacroiliac joint in AP and Lateral view and send me the report.

Till then take 1tab aceclofenac + thiocochicoside three times a day .

Try to avoid weight lifting as much as you can.

I hope you have got your answer.

You are welcome to ask any health related query.
