Brief Answer:
Transient rise can be normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

If your blood pressure is normal and the heart rate is transiently elevated to 90 then it could be due to anxiety , panic attack or exercise. If this is a transient rise then its perfectly normal and would not require any treatment. If the heart rate is persistently elevated then a selective beta blocker like atenolol can be started at low dose in addition to the losartan, in consult with your doctor.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
