Brief Answer:
Possibly Viral fever.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
There are many causes of fever with joints pain. However you have improved with symptomatic treatment only (Dolowin Plus );hence it seems viral fever. However you can undergo complete blood count(CBC),ESR (Erythrocyte sedimentation rate )-fasting and C-RP( C-reactive protein) as base-line investigation and let me know the results. Also i feel with any further dose of Dolowin Plus containing aceclofenac ,you need to take proton pump inhibitor (PPI) like pantoprazole 20-40 mg daily before food ,to prevent any GI side effect.Viral fever usually subsides in 5 days period.

Brief Answer:
Possibly Viral fever.

Detailed Answer:
You should go for blood test now without any delay. In fact base-line investigation is done at the onset of illness.
Since you are also having itching and hail from Delhi-go for Dengue NS 1 Antigen and IgM & IgG ,if your platelet count is low.
You can start pantoprazole (40 mg ) daily before food ,as you are having bitter taste (bile reflux).Take soft vegetarian diet (Kitchri).
