Brief Answer: DETAILS ARE GIVEN BELOW. Detailed Answer: Hello, Thanks for writing to us. At this age, late period is mostly due to hormonal imbalance and improper ovulation due to gradual dysfunction of ovary. PROGYNOVA is useful to build and balance body hormone level. However, mental stress and other pelvic pathology (like ovarian cyst etc) can delay your period. One pelvic ultrasound scan (USG) and other hormone tests like thyroid profile, prolactin level, PPBS, LH/ FSH, DHEAS etc will be worthwhile in this context if you didn't undergo previously. Kindly, consult with your IVF specialist regarding this. In addition, you must take a healthy balanced diet with more fresh fruits and vegetables. Low carbohydrate diet is preferable. Take vitamin-E and folic acid supplements for at least 3 months and there after. Do light to moderate exercise for physical fitness and to reduce or control body weight. Avoid mental stress completely by regular meditation or yoga. Maintain a healthy life style. Hope, above information is quite helpful to you. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query. Wish your good health and take care yourself. Regards, Dr Soumen

Brief Answer: CONTINUE FOR NEXT 3 WEEKS & GIVE 1 WEEK GAP. Detailed Answer: Hello, Thanks for follow up query. YES, you should continue PROGYNOVA for next 3 weeks and give a gap of 7 days to get your period. You must avoid mental stress/ upset by regular yoga or meditation in the morning. You should take this medicine for 3 cycles continuously until your body is stable with other hormones. In addition, you need a complete hormonal profile after 3 cycles if you don't get period regularly. Hope, it helps for you. Kindly, close the discussion. All the best and good luck.
