Brief Answer:
You can have better results.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understood your concern.

Metformin and Glipizide are the oral anti-diabetic medicine that helps control blood sugar levels.

These drugs are used together with diet and exercise to treat type 2 diabetes.

Your actual blood sugar is not good. You can have better results.

In my opinion, you need to adjust the dosage of your diabetes medicines, especially Glipizide that helps your pancreas to produce insulin.

I need to know your actual dosages, so I can understand better your situation and help you to adjust the dosages of your metformin and glipizide.

Awaiting the details...

Hope this is helpful.
Regards.
