What Causes High Blood Pressure In The Evening?

Question: My pressure spikes to 90 over 190 in the evening. What causes this and what medicine will stop this?

Add up a diuretic

Hi such case my recommendations would be to add up a diuretic like Torsemide 5 mg in the morning along with the Amlodipine.
If this doesn't work, you may need to add up low dose Amlodipine in the evening.
