Brief Answer:
Detail follows.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
High BP at this age should be evaluated for Secondary causes of hypertension.
I advice following things in Young Hypertension:
1. Ultrasound Doppler of renal arteries.
2. Kidney Function test.
3. Measurement of blood pressure in both arms.
4. Thryroid profile that has already been done.
5. Fasting blood sugar and lipid profile.

Now concern is that your blood pressure at 2 instances was different.
This is possible if you have been started on medications.
I would advise you to go to a doctor's clinic. Wait and relax for at least 10 minutes before your BP is checked.
In case it is more then 150/80 mmHg you would require pharmacological treatment particularly with Thiazide diuretics group of Anti hypertensives.
If it is on just higher side follow as adviced below:
1. Low salt diet
2. To exercise daily with a target to reduce weight if you are overweight.
3. To avoid nankeen, pickles.

This is my best advice for you. Get your BP checked the way I have advice and also ask your doctor to check your pulse rate.
Review with me with these details.
