I used to have irregular cycles. And then I was diagnosed with hypothyroid. After some time, it got normal.
Last menstrual period was 19th April and now it came on 5th July.
I did the pregnancy test at home. It was negative.
My height is 5'2'' and weight 70 kgs.
Latest TSH was done last month and value was 3.8

No recent pregnancy or miscarriage
Periods have always been painful.

Brief Answer:
GET WORKUP DONE, PARTICULARLY FOR PCOS.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for providing these details.
Mild hormonal problems can cause these issues.
Your TSH is controlled, so that is not a reason.
YOu need to work on losing weight by a sensible calorie restricted diet and daily exercise.
Also, get a gynecological evaluation.
I think polycystic ovarian syndrome ( PCOS ) might be a possibility in your case.
Please have an internal exam - per vaginum and per speculum.
ALso a pelvic transvaginal ultrasound scan.
Plus hormonal levels - FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin, OGTT, DHEAS, Free testosterone.
THis should reveal a diagnosis.
All the best
Take care.
