Brief Answer:
Hormonal therapy can help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The bleedng that you have s permenopausal bleedng and cause can be hormone disturbances which ends with complete cessation of periods.
Though these changes are normal, you may consider using oral contraceptive pills (OCP) briefly if symptoms are disturbing. Your gynecologist can help you prescribing the pills to you.
Surgical treatment is not necessary for adenomyosis. You can consider hormonal therapy to improve the symptoms.

Brief Answer:
it is not cancerous.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Adenomyosis is a condition in which the inner lining of the uterus (the endometrium) breaks through the muscle wall of the uterus (the myometrium). Adenomyosis can cause menstrual cramps, lower abdominal pressure, and bloating before menstrual periods and can result in heavy periods.
Adenomyosis is considered a benign (not life-threatening) condition. Surgery is advised only if the symptoms are severe and are not controlled by hormonal therapy. it does not cause cancer.
Hope my answer is helpful.
