What Causes Heaviness In The Head And Low Grade Fever?
Question: My Wife is getting heaviness in the head and having low grade fever(100.5 F). This fever comes and goes after taking fever reducer(NyQuil). This has continued for 3 days now. We stay in XXXXXXX She is having a lower back pain too. When she sleeps, she gets fever. There is no Body Ache, no Nausea and Vomiting. She was having a Constipation, after that she started getting fever(Wednesday night onward she was getting fever). She got motion today, when she took metamucin. But the fever did not go.

--> Yes she frequently urinates only when she drinks lot of fluids.
But there is no burning sensation while urinating and also no vaginal discharge

She is not feeling week. But feeling feverish.

Yes, please do initiate a course of the Augmed 625 mg to be taken twice a day for the next 10 days, but report back to me with her condition on the 9th day so I can decide whether the course is sufficient or we need to continue it for a few more days.
Next, if you can then please take here to a clinic, diagnostic center , hospital I need you to get the following tests conducted:
+Urine analysis
+Comprehensive blood panel
+Ultrasound KUB (kidney, ureter, bladder)
+Ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis
If at all you cannot get all of them done, please at least get the urine analysis and ultrasound KUB conducted, as I am suspecting a kidney stone to be the cause for your wife's distress, but I need to confirm this sir.
I hope you understand and please do keep me updated through her development, progress, response to the augmed and test results if you can get them done.
