I get heart throbs and feel week from time to time.

Detailed Answer: Hello XXXX Thanks for writing to XXXXXXX Heart throb may be due to problems related to heart itself,hyperthyroidism etc. You need proper clinical examination and investigations. Investigations include routine hemogram,RBS,LFT,RFT,Lipid profile,Urine RE/ME,Serum calcium and vitamin D level,Thyroid profile,Ultrasound of abdomen,ECG in all leads.Further investigations can be done if needed. Sorry, I don't know these medical terms. What is RBS, LFT,ECG and Lipid?

Brief Answer: These are the medical tests. Detailed Answer: Hello XXXX Thanks for writing back These are the medical tests for confirming well being of the person. RBS is Random blood sugar. LFT is liver function test. ECG is electrocardiography and it is related to electric impulses generated from the heart. Lipid are fat in the blood. There are many types of lipid found in the blood. These tests are necessary in your case.You are 60 years old and more prone to diseases.There might be some alteration in the tests which is causing your problem.
