What Causes Heart Palpitation, Hypertension, Sweating And Numb Tingling Sensation?

Question: I had a full hysterectomy 12/13 after cancer was found in uterus and after years of dealing with PSOS and endometriosis. After that I slowly became more and more fatigued and had a hard time concentrating. I had had problems with a borderline thyroid, but it was borderline and doctors chose to watch it. I can sleep 18 hours and still feel like I need a nap. Lately I have had two episodes of heart palpitations, hypertension (after a life time of low BP), sweating, numbness tingling--pins and needles that lasted for a couple hours. I have all the classic symptoms of thyroid problems cold hands and feet, low body temp, lack of hair growth on my legs (new symptom). In addition to muscle aches, salt cravings and continue to have hypoglycemia that I have had for years with PSOS. Can low thyroid cause these bouts of hypertension and can a full hysterectomy make a thyroid problem worse? I have never take hormone replacement due to cancer diagnosis.

Brief Answer:
Thyroid function tests

Detailed Answer:
Good day.
Noted your symptoms and I am sorry to hear about them. Few of the symptoms which you mentioned could be due to hypothyroidism but they are non specific symptoms which can also occur in many other diseases . Have you had a thyroid blood work done recently? If so could you attach the reports?

Binu
