What Causes Headaches Every Morning, Tiredness And Brown Spotting After A Miscarriage?

Question: I will start by saying I have PCOS. But, my PCOS is that I get extended heavy periods. And I used to have shorter cycles, so I had my period twice a month. but when I got older it regulated and I get them once a month on time for 7 days. I usually get several days of spotting before I get my period too. This has been the norm for 2.5 years now. Not on any meds. I also had a miscarriage in XXXXXXX Two months ago I was late and got my period on the 3rd day. however... I would bleed heavy in the morning, by the afternoon it would get lighter and then by around 9 PM it would almost disappear! Then the next morning it would start all over again, heavy then light by the end of the night. This month it started on the "new" pattern where it was 2 days later like last month but I had 4 days of brown spotting and then 2 days of heavy bleeding with clots, 1 of medium with no clots and tapered off back to spotting. Today is day 8 and I have light brown spotting. Home pregnancy tests are coming up negative. Symptoms include, sore breasts, they have grown 2 full sizes. i went from a 38 D to a 38 DDD. I have moments of food aversion where my body is hungry but I don't want to eat and will even get nauseous if I do. but then I have moments where I can eat two servings because I am starving! I have lost 6 lbs because of this. I have headaches almost every morning. I find myself more tired than usual wanting to take a nap when I get home. Not sure if it's related but my belly button has started to itch and it feels like someone poking me on the right side of my belly button from the inside. I looked at the area that itches and it looks like there's a red line where my scar is from my appendectomy from years ago. I hate onions... a couple weeks ago, I actually did this twice in one week, I went and took several bites out of a raw onion like it was an apple. Do I have a vitamin deficiency? If my PCOS is the cause, why is it changing all of a sudden?

Brief Answer:
Due to hormonal changes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The symptoms that you are having are likely to be due to hormonal changes associated with PCOS. Since you had a proper bleeding with clots and pregnancy tests are negative, pregnancy is ruled out. The symptoms can be related to stress, anxiety or pseudo pregnancy.
It is best to consult a gynecologist and get hormonal pills prescribed to regularize your periods.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.

Thank you for your response. I do not have any stress or anxiety in my life that is any different than what I've had in the past. As a matter of fact, my life situation with my job and my home have gotten significantly better. Pseudo pregnancy? Wouldn't I have to be infatuated with the idea of becoming pregnant? I am not currently trying to get pregnant. My questions is, if it is my PCOS then why the sudden change? My eating habits have not changed any more significantly than before where there was no effect on my periods. What tests would you recommend I ask for at the doctors?
