Brief Answer:
What do you take tegretol for?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed your information fully. I will like to know for what reasons you take tegretol. Your symptoms could actually be caused by congested sinus from the viral infection. For this, I will recommend that you take Tylenol 1000mg every 8hours for better control. Should this headache persist, I will then probably consider trigerminal neuralgia as this pain seems to last just a few seconds and disappears.

Keep me update with your response to treatment. I wish you well.
