What Causes Headaches And Heaviness In Head?
Question: My age is 29 years, I am feeling heavy headache from last 1 month specially after my work hours. I consulted eye specialist 2 weeks back, I have +0.5 in my left eye, I am using glasses from last 2 weeks. Even though I am using glasses, I am feeling heavy headache specially when I sit infront of my laptop and after work hours. I have bit heavy office work from last 2-3 months. Even though I try to sleep early, due to headache I am not getting sound sleep from last 1 month. I feel headache at my forehead and near, around my eyes. Could you please help me in this regard.

Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your symptoms and they are suggestive of muscle tension headache.
You would benefit from taking PROTHIADEN tablets. It is usually taken at a dose of 25 mg once daily at nights.
In addition, you can use ETORICOXIB tablets 120 mg as and when necessary to relieve the headaches.
Both the drugs are prescription drugs. Please get them prescribed by your primary physician.
