Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

All your symptoms cold and cough suggest upper respiratory tract infection.

I would like to know few details about headache.

Is headache started with cold and cough? If yes, then headache due to upper respiratory tract infection due to nasal congestion.

Is cough associated with sputum?

Do you have fever?

Do you feel pain over cheeks?

If I were your treating doctor I would suggest

Levocetrizine 5 mg once a day.

Steam inhalation twice a day. Avoid exposure to cold weather and avoid eating cold food.

Nasoclear nasal saline drops, instill 2 drops in each nostril as many as times in a day.

I also suggest you Combiflam tablet once a day when you get headache.

If you will not feel better after 3 days then you better visit an ENT doctor to rule out infection or sinus problems or allergic rhinitis.

If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.

Thank you.
