Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

I see that no one has responded yet, and this may be because your question is complicated and the answer is not immediately apparent.

I'd like to ask a few questions that can help me advise what to do next or what possibilities might be going on.

1. Any fevers? Have you recorded your teams when you are having hot flashes, or are they very short.

2. What specific tests and imaging studies have your doctors done so far?
For example, were any of the following tests done, and what were the results:

CBC with differential or peripheral blood smear
TSH/free T4 (thyroid blood tests)
chemistry panel (electrolytes and glucose level)
ESR or C-reactive protein (CRP)
ANA (antinuclear antibody) blood test
CT or MRI of the head?

3. When did this start (how long ago) and was there anything that seems to have set it off (infection, injury, etc).

4. Do you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep (early wakening).

5. Where are your headaches located; how long do they last; are they associated with nausea or an "aura"?

6. Have you been under more stress or worry lately or experiencing more anxiety (i.e. other than about the headaches)?

7. What medications or supplements do you take (not for the current symptoms but for other problems)?

8. Any other medical problems?

9. Are your periods normal and regular?

10. Where is your weight gain - all over, or mostly in your abdomen?

11. Have you seen a neurologist about the headaches?

12. Have you had a recent pelvic exam?
