Question: I have a problem in my cheast for about 3months I whent to the doctor 3times they can't find nothing I even spend a night in the hospital right now I having a bad headake when I walk I feel dizzy I feel like am going to throw up have been going to the gym foe more than 10 years when I work out I swet a lot I change 10 shirt a day I go to the gym 6 days a week 4hours aday am so depress I can t do nothing

You have not given many details about your symptoms. The symptoms mentioned by you do not point towards any specific system. I am inclined to think that they may be arising out of your anxiety towards your health.

However i suggest that you have a complete check up which should include beside all routine tests a chest xray, a spirometry a UGIE and a MRI brain. These may help in arriving at a diagnosis.

Try not to be overanxious and try to relax. Eat healthy, continue your physical exercise and get adequate sleep.
