Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX

Your query is too short to know the details and advise you on. I find that you have cervical spondylosis in the history. Is it?

Headaches can be because of spondylosis. The other common reasons are tension headaches and migraine.

I think migraine can fit the symptoms better. I sugget you to detail me about the headache, duration, what increases and what reduces it.

Brief Answer:
Migraine or tension headache

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Most of these headaches resolve with medication. If it is chronic daily headaches I prefer to put on antianxiety drugs for some days like proponolol for some days. Meantime check blood pressures, weight and pulse. Monitoring them is very important as high BP can cause daily headache and sedentary life style aggravates it.

Please see a local doctor for prescription.
