A couple of times after many hours my body reverberates - so weird. At first I thought the room was shaking like bad heating system under the floor. It went away next morning after my sleep

Brief Answer:
Neurological exam, blood pressure / blood chemistry , vertigo workup

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

A neurological exam would be required to rule out any focal deficit that could indicate a stroke or TIA. The reverberation or tremors and confusion should also be worked up to rule out any seizure disorder. If there is progressive worsening and appearance of signs of raised intra cranial pressure such as vomiting, altered consciousness , memory loss and /or seizures then imaging studies like CT or MRI can be advised. An EEG can be advised to look for abnormal patterns. Blood pressure, blood counts and metabolic profile including blood sugar and electrolytes should be checked to rule out causes such as hypoglycemia, anemia and electrolyte imbalance. The sensation of movement in the absence of movement or spinning of the room indicates a vertigo , for which betahistine dihydrochloride or prochlorperazine can be given empirically. Further treatment would depend on the underlying cause.
