Brief Answer:
Peyronie's plaque and any second opening at meatus, needs to be checked.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand and share your concern.

The observation of bent penis, is typically seen in "Peyronie's plaque" formation.
This can be confirmed on examination by an Urologist, which also confirms, if the hardening felt at the tip of the penis, is due to it.
It need not cause any pain, except at the time of intercourse.

Is the dripping of urine in two streams, that you describe, always present, or
is it only on some occasions, like in the morning.
Has it been present since childhood or is it a recent development.

The examination by an Urologist, of the penile external opening(meatus),
will be able to confirm any defect, for two openings of the meatus.
Accordingly, treatment will be advised.

Please feel free to ask any other query, you may have, along with the Urologists' report.
