What Causes Hard Sore Spot On Penis?
Question: I had small hard seed spot on penis nirmally squeeze and white stuff. This time sore! And now it has gotten huge.. And sore.. I remove hair with cream regular..

If I were your doctor, I would advise you not to fiddle with the cyst, which possibly got infected now and causing the soreness. I would advise you to get it assessed by a general surgeon, who after controlling the infection with antibiotics, might advise you its surgical removal. Good luck.

Hi XXXX ! Nice to listen from you. From the history, it seems to be a cyst. However, to be sure this needs to be physically examined either by a general surgeon or a Dermatologist. The type of infection could be confirmed by a culture sensitivity test of the discharge, so that appropriate antibiotics could be prescribed. Many a times tiny lesion could heal completely with the course of appropriate antibiotics. However, if it did not, then you might need some invasive procedure for a cure.

This does not look like any herpes or warts, but It looks like a small infected sebaceous cyst to me as you mentioned in your first complaint that you removed some whitish material from it on pressure which also goes in favor of it. I would insist that you better show it to a general surgeon for a physical examination and further management.
