Brief Answer:
need more details..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, welcome to HCM..

Now , as per your query, let me tell you that hair-fall can be normal physiological phenomenon as well as due to several other factors..

It depends largely on your diet, health status, stress, hormonal imbalance, change in quality of used water in the wash-room and a lot of other factors including hereditary also..

So to narrow it down , it requires a complete clinical check-up by a Dermatologist to rule out any underlying pathology ..

Treatment depends upon cause to be specific..

As for the beginning, avoid oily , spicy foods ,alcohol(if you do), include a lot of green leafy vegetables and a high protein diet..

A good scalp is equally important for good health of hair, as dandruff, itchy scalp promotes hair-loss too..

Iron deficiency, vitamin deficiency all can potentially cause hair loss so a proper clinical examination and/ lab investigations are necessary to evaluate and treat further..

I hope now you've got a brief idea about this scenario, so let me know if if there's any further query, i'll be glad to help you out..

Take Care
Regards
