Brief Answer:
Recommend having hormone levels tested.

Detailed Answer:
There are some over the counter female hormone preparations such as yam cream (progesterone), but what you are describing sounds beyond where I would recommend trying to adjust things with over the counter preparations.

I would advise you see either a good OB/GYN or an endocrinologist. They can test you for levels of several hormones that might be abnormal, such as if precursor hormones you produce are not being conjugated properly, causing an increase in androgens (male hormones) leading to hirsutism and other testosterone effects. Then you can be treated accordingly.

Some of the tests that the doctor may want to consider:
Blood tests:
Serum testosterone (which may be being produced in excess by adrenal glands or ovaries)
Dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate (DHEAS) - an adrenal gland cause.
17 Hydroxy progesterone
Cortisol level
LH/FSH
Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)

A pelvic ultrasound to visualize the ovaries, or an MRI to check the adrenal glands.

There are herbs and other things that can help your individual symptoms somewhat, but put all together, your symptoms create a picture of abnormal hormones that should be explored before considering treatment.

I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information or clarification.
