Brief Answer:
Could be due Enlarged Prostate.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your father who is 65 years old is facing problem of frequent urination and not well since last two days.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Does he have mild fever ?
2) Does he have other urinary symptoms like Nocturnal frequency.hesitancy, urgency and poor urinary stream associated with frequency of urination?.

This is mostly due to Enlarged Prostate which is very common at this age associated with mild UTI

Please consult qualified urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis,
1) Routine urine test and urine culture
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen with post void residue of urine
3) Serum PSA,

In the mean while start taking broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefexine and urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily along with alpha blockers like Tomsulosin once daily .This will help to reduce the frequency to some extent and flow of urine.

Further treatment will depend upon results of these tests and final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
Get Ultrasound Scanning done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for feedback. He needs to consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital Rectal Examination and get his Ultrasound Scanning of the abdomen done to rule out enlarged prostate .

The report of urine analysis that you have posted is report of routine urine test which is normal, however you need to get his urine culture done as a part of proper evaluation.

Thanks and Regards.
