Blood sugar reports are normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up and uploading reports .

Your sugar levels are normal and rules out Diabetes.Frequent urination that you have could be due to UTI.

Get your routine urine test and urine culture done to rule out UTI.
In the mean while take Norfloxacin twice daily and switch on to appropriate antibiotic if required .

Brief Answer:
Increased urination may be due to changes in pelvic organs .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up .

The increased urinary frequency could be due to changes and irritation of bladder.

The general symptoms like dizziness ,sleepy and irritability are common to occur at the perimenopause due to hormonal imbalance .

Glycosylated haemoglobin is an indicator of control of sugar levels and diabetes over a period of last 2 months .It is on borderline and nothing to be worried at present .

Avoid excess of carbohydrates like Sugar ,Rice.potatoes ,sweets ,oily foods ,sweet fruits etc

Have a regular moderate exercise like walking in the morning 4-5 kms per day .

Thanks and Regards.

1.My Glycosydal sugar 6.2 is worrying me as it was supposed to show less reading.Of course i didnot do any diet before testing on 3/8/16 which would give false results. Actually I drink about 5 cups of tea daily with moderate suger(each cup around 100ml). Rest of the diet is rice only at night about 10 teaspoon, 4 chapatis in a day. light breakfast such as chapati, biscuits in the morning and after coming from office snacks such as 4 idlis, or one samosa or about 150g poha XXXXXXX etc.
What type of changes should i made in diet to prevent excess sugar in blood?

2.I do skipping 5 times a week .(about 200 skips per day).My wt is 58.5 and height 5 feet.BMI is 27.5, shows me over weight.

3. At this stage with my corosponding sugar level, which fruits should i eat because i like to eat fruits .But at the same time they should not add excess sugar in the blood.

4. My blood pressure is generally in the range of 110-60.But since last 3/4 days it is 130-80,125/76( checked with automatic digital machine).IS this the reason by which i would feel fatigue and tired?

5.Many a times i worry for nothing and always under stress about my son's results in academics, as he is right now in 12 th standard, a crucial year.

6.Pl suggest some remedies to reduce anxiety.

Thx & Regards,
