What Causes Frequent Sharp Pain Below Heart?
Question: In frequent sharp pains in my heart lower area, use chewing tobacco attempting to quit blood pressure up from 120/70 to 140/96, had friend paramedic do 12 and the 15 lead on me saw no issues.

About 15 years, no history of hypertension that I'm aware of, I take no medications for anything.

15 years is such a long period.Stop smoking at the earliest.Also I will advice you to undergo few more investigations like ECG,ANGIOGRAPHY and consult with your cardiologist as soon as possible. Do not ignore it can be an alarming signal of heart attack.
