Brief Answer:
Please upload reports

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.

Please upload the reports so that I am better able to help you.

This can either be some infection or some anatomical cause. It is better to get checked by a surgeon as well.

Please advise any medication or treatment that i can follow and causes for the same.

Additionaly also note , I leave out of my home and dont have proper food,
I am a complete vegetarian, I drink 3 liters of water a day, I drink 2-3 times of tea in morning but in very little quantity, I get hungry as per standard times no issues with that.

Brief Answer:
the test indicates infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I have the test reports and it indicates infection, But bacteria are not seen. Mucous may be a sign of infection or constipation or both. Now infection seems to have cleared up as suggested by your improvement of symptoms. You have already taken antibiotics and you do not need more.

My advice is as follows:

- Get typhoid test done - either widal or typhidot or both. Alongwth also get complete blood count and liver function tests done.
- drink cleaner water from RO system and take hygienic food
- Take more of fiber in food like salad and fruits
- Malabsorption of fat may be there. Take low fat diet. Avoid milk and milk products for a few days to check if there is improvement of symptoms.

Hope it helps.

Brief Answer:
Your reports suggestive of bacterial infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for followup

Your reports are suggestive of bacterial infection, You have already taken a short course of oofloxacin. All other reports are normal.

I really think you should get a typhoid test done. Antibiotics will be needed if this test comes back positive. Otherwise the symptoms will clear up by themselves.
