In renal transplant recipient there is increased risk of infection.It seems that you are having acute infectious enteritis for which you require a course of antibiotics like ofloxacin and ornidazole along with some pre and probiotic. Also keep your hydration level well by taking lots of fluids in your diet. Meanwhile get your stool examination that is routine microscopy and for opportunistic infections. So that it can be managed accordingly.

Can you suggest alternative for ornidazole as I am allergic to it and what will be the course duration for the antibiotic ofloxacin and I didn't understand pre and probiotic kindly elaborate

Tab ofloxacin is to be atken 200mg twice a day for 5 days
Probiotics are good bacteria that help in keeping digestive system healthy by controlling growth of harmful bacteria. for ex yogurt
Prebiotics are carbohydrates that cannot be digested by the human body. They are food for probiotics. For ex legumes, bannana
