Question: i have a discharge that occurred after having protected sex now the discharge has a foul odor immediately after intercourse I did start to itch but after a week it stopped itching and now it is yellow

You might be having a bacterial or fungal infection which needs to be checked by a gynecologist. The vaginal swabs need to be taken which will tell us what type of infection it is.
Once we know what infection it is we can give you targeted antibiotic for the same.
It is not necessarily a sexually transmitted infection, fungal vaginal infections are common in young women.
