Brief Answer:
An MRI scan of ankle will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir

I can certainly understand your concern.

The foot pain in your case requires further evaluation through an MRI ankle to rule out ligament or soft tissue injuries.

So far you have been prescribed medications to treat the possible neuropathic component of an ankle joint disorder.

As there is no adequate clinical response, further evaluation through an MRI is helpful.

Further management if any is largely based on test results.

Thank you.
