Brief Answer:
Please check your thyroid function

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM. I have gone through the question and understand your concerns.

Please check your thyroid function to see if you are adequately replaced.

If your hypothyroidism is due to Hashimoto's disease, there can be intermittent neck pain or fluttering sensation or a feeling of constriction in neck. This will go off within weeks and no treatment is usually needed.

Make sure you don't have gastritis, as it can also cause similar symptoms.

Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further queries I will be happy to help you
