Brief Answer:
Suggest Holter

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear. Thanks for giving me an opportunity to address your query.

I have thoroughly read your query and completely understand your concern.I am glad that your EKG is perfect in-spite of your symptoms.

Lexapro is know to produce electrical abnormalities of the heart(prolongation of QT interval etc) which are often missed on the EKG and have to be detected by doing a holter (24 hour ECG) monitoring.

Would also advise to practice meditation, yoga. These are beneficial not only when you have stress but also improves mental health and brings peace of mind.

Incase the holter is positive then I were to safely shift to another group such SSRI(Sertraline which has a proven cardiovascular safety).

Hope this answers your query. Please feel free to reach for further clarifications.Good day.
