Brief Answer:
Relax, everything is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I am Dr Mody and I would be addressing your concern,
From the facts provided you are a 24 year old female with no risk factors and not on any medication except zoloft and lorazepam for your anxiety.
As I start I would like to reassure you that everything is OK, you need not worry for the same. Normal range for heart beat is 60-100, so 98 is still withen normal and you need not worry, even the blood pressure (133/90) is just borderline and I think it is taken by the electronic machine, which tends to over estimate the pressure in such times.
Though you say you are not feeling anxious at present, however the very thought of your pulse and blood pressure will make you trigger your anxiety cycle, which will push in more adrenaline in the blood circulation pushing your pulse higher.
So just relax and it will all come to normal, don't sit idle, continue with the work.
Lorazepam is a easy way out from the anxiety cycle, but as a Cardiologist I would not recommend it, as just some relaxation is good enough. If it is persistent and interfering in your daily routine half tab lorazepam should be ok, but please don't make it a habit. Regards,

I no longer take my zolof due to a bad reaction and the lorazapam is only when I am completely overwhelmed by my anxiety and going into panick attacks. may I ask why you do not recommend lorazapam?

Brief Answer:
Take lorazepam only on Sos basis

Detailed Answer:
I will start with an example,
I used to live on 3rd floor climb stairs daily, it kept we fir, than we installed an elevator, since than I always take it and have rarely claimed , after 2 years there was no electricity, so I had to climb, I got breathless. Something I could do 6 times a day 2 years before I couldn't do it now.
Why because I took an easy way of elevator.

So lorazepqm is an easy way for your panic attacks, you get used to them then it's difficult to subside an attack without it. The heart rate and pressure mentioned were not bad, it was just borderline high, so I suggested not to take any meds.
However when you feel that you are reaching breaking point, lorazepam is a safe and effective drug to take on sos basis, however don't form an habbit because you are young.
So rate for other ppl s reference
