Question: I'm seeing floaters. Is it an emergency?

My power is really high. Around 9 far sighted in bother eyes.

I am sorry to hear that you are concerned about floaters. Theses floaters are very common and are due to debris floating inside your eye. It is more prominent with people with nearsightedness. It is completely normal and absolutely nothing to be concerned about. This is not emergent and you may see more of them as you become older.
