Brief Answer:
conservative manage

Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
This happens due to degenerative changes occuring at the periphery of retina.
Avoid exertion till you are examined by the retina specialist. You have to have a detailed retinal examination to rule out degenerative changes at the periphery of retina and if they are present does it need any intervention in the form of laser treatment or cryo application.
Any further query in this regard please do get back to me.
