Brief Answer:
Further cardiac examinations are needed...

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,

Your symptoms are indicative for tachycardia or arrhythmia. I suggest to run further cardiac examinations to rule heart problems:
- ECG
- Holter monitoring
- Cardiac Echo
- stress test

Depending on the tests results, specific treatment will be prescribed.

Brief Answer:
Yes, can...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for following up.

It is true that gas/acid can cause difficulty in breathing, but not chest pain. That's why I insist in running the other cardiac screening tests.

Hope it helped!
