What Causes Flesh Like White Bumps On Anus?
Question: Hi, for the past week i have noticed a few flesh like white bumbs in my anus. I noticed once i went to the bathroom and bleeded. I usually have recurrent problems with sensitivity because of passing stools. I am usually very anxious and sometimes go to the bathroom under pressure. Although this time i have white bumps and im terribly scared. I feels its an std. I havent had anal sex in quite some time, but i have been with a few people with mutual touching. Im afraid it can be an std. Pls help!!!

From the description and history you have provided, these appear to be warts; the piles (hemorrhoids) appear more as skin colored or bluish, may bleed, are soft and usually painless unless thrombosed or infected.
I would advise you in such a case the following:
- Consult a Dermatologist & Venerologist so that a visual diagnostic is done.
- Get the STD panel tested as per the norms Which your Doctor will be following . in your country.
-To get treated as per the diagnosis made.
-Incidentally you have mentioned about anxiety, sometimes need to go to the bathroom under pressure. This may be suggestive of colitis or IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome). It would be advisable to get investigated and treated under the guidance of the Gastroenterologist. He may advise you to go for the relevant blood, urine and stool tests, ultrasonography and / or CT scan of the abdomen, colonoscopy if He feels so. Thank you.for.your answer. I am 34 year old male. I do have a past history of irritable bowl and recently, 3 weeks ago had an ultrasound to check colon and appendix. I had several episodes of colitis. But i have been on a regular diet and excercise. I will attach the pictures. Thank you so much! If so anal warts, is it difficult to remove, what is the procedure?

Ultrasonography is not a very good investigation to see the colon; colonoscopy and / or CT scan is. Whenever you are getting investigations done, please insist on these. Continue the diet and exercises as before which help you relieve colitis.

It is most suggestive of anal warts.
They can be removed by many procedures and depend upon the experience and expertise and availability of instrumentation available with your treating Doctor.
To enumerate, this can be treated by chemical cautery (avoided in anal area), cold cautery, excision (cutting) surgically.
