Brief Answer:
Age, Normal ECG, TMT and ECHO suggest that nothing is related to heart.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to H.C.M.

I had gone through your detailed history, I understand your concerns.

I see similar cases amongst people who visit my clinic. After going through your provided details , this pain does not seem to be due to Heart Problem. I will tell you why this is not suggesting for cardiac pain-

1) Less common in this early age (36 year) .

2) Pain severity is less in your case while in Cardiac pain, patients complain of severe chest pain (if not diabetic) as being feeling like a heavy weight has been placed on one's chest.

3) It is usually radiating in nature like pain is going from chest to left hand but not like hand pulling at different places as in your case.

4) A very important and highly suggestive factor that ECG, TMT and ECHO is normal.

I always advise my patients with such history to follow these steps-

1) Avoid tea, coffee, smoking and spicy foods.

2) I appreciate you for this Brisk waking for about 30 minutes and 10 minutes of jogging so please continue this.

3) Repeat your Cholesterol level for every 6 months.

4) Continue Antacid ( for acidity ) that your doctor prescribed like
Tab Pantoprazole or Tab Rabeprazole 20 minutes before meal twice a day till further instruction.

Hope this answers your question.
If you have any query then please do not hesitate .
I will be happy to answer your questions.
