Question: hello Doctor , I am feeling feverish and have throat discomfort and yellow and black cough comes from throat or upper chest . stomach also makes sound as if stressed but have normal motion .

Pl suggest .

Hello Mr. XXXXXXX thanks for trusting health care magic.
It seems like you have severe allergy which has been infected over and above so you need to get a throat swab test done.
Take livofloxacin tablet 500 mg twice a day for 3 days and then once a day for 4 days making course of 7 days and along with that take tablet cetrizine twice a day for all 7 days.
Steam inhalation every 4 hours for 2 days but in case problem Persist visit a pulmonologist at the earliest.
