What Causes Fever, Running Nose And Sore Tongue Post Unprotected Intercourse?
Question: I recently had an encounter with a call girl,had vaginal penentration should be for 3 to 4 minutes ,after I ejaculated and withdrew I saw the condom was broken ,I asked her if she had any infections, obvious she denied . This was around 2 to 3 weeks back,now I have running nose with some sores on my tongue no fever as of now.What are the odds of me getting infected Im worried and I want your help to have tests done. Thank you

This is possible as simple cold can present with running nose and sores in throat. On the other hand HIV infection can present in almost similar fashion but it generally takes more than two weeks or approximately 4-6 weeks. So we can say that duration criteria are not supporting sexually transmitted disease. Additionally HIV present with slight fever and enlargement of glands which is uncommon with simple cold.
