Brief Answer:
This is possible!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

It is possible that he get another bacteria infection which necessitates antibiotics. This is not related to the previous infection unless he never fully recovered. However, his ill state probably makes it such that he can easily catch an infection than many others. i will suggest that he gets a blood culture as well so as to identify the exact germ and what drugs can actually work to eradicate it. This will guide with the type and duration as well. If I may ask, whites your husband sick of?

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

his new blood result is better now in Hbc 3,35,but the Wbc is only 3,1,like you presumed,so he could get another bacteria infection and so on...till when?

Brief Answer:
Not indefinitely!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I simply meant it is possible to get another infection but it in no way suggest that he would continue to have several infections. I hope this be the last till a very long time. With improving lab numbers, there is reason to be positive and very hopeful of recovery sooner than later.

I wish you well.
