Brief Answer:
You need antibiotics for treatment!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Your symptoms are suggestive of a urinary tract infection and requires antibiotics for treatment. I will suggest that you talk to your doctor about this as a script is required for any antibiotics to be served at a pharmacy. In the meantime, drink much water to help with cleansing the urinary passages. Given your symptoms of fever, please treat this as a matter of urgency.

I wish you well. Keep me updated about your progress.
