Brief Answer:
Baby needs blood test & clinical evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi....happy to hear that the baby is fine. But the international health standard practice recommends certain investigations in babies less than 3 months as the clinical features will not detect subtle clinical deterioration. If I were your treating pediatrician I would recommend doing a CBC, CRP & URINE ROUTINE & BLOOD CULTURE for your kid right now. The reports of CBC and CRP will be available in 3-4 hours & I will then act accordingly.
I suggest you consult your pediatrician & get these tests done and get back to me with reports.
How is the baby's feeding pattern?
