Brief Answer:
Anemia and UTI

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns ..

This CBC test reveals that your father is suffering from low hemoglobin level which is mostly due to iron difficiency anemia .. This can be treated by iron and folic acid supplements once daily for one month and then he should repeat the test to follow up on the hemoglobin level..

As for the burning sensation while urinating and fever , this is most probably due to a urinary tract infection. I would recommend that he gets a urine analysis together with a culture and sensitivity test to determine which type of antibiotics will be effective in treating his infection .

I hope I answered your question. if you don't have any other clarifications then please close the discussion.

his fever is rising up again and again, after paracetamole it goes down, again after one or two hour it goes rise.
can it will be due to low hemoglobin, or iron.
he has consulted with doctor he has given some medicine but that was not effective and fever going rise-up.
is it better to take paracetamol or stop it.

Brief Answer:
Continue on paracetamol until administration of an antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
hello again..

low hemoglobin level is not expected to cause fever .. fever is a sign of infection .. paracetamol helps to reduce the fever but as long as the source of infection ( urinary tract infection) is not treated , the temperature will keep rising up again.

I hope I answered your question.

Brief Answer:
Urine culture

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, the urine analysis is inconclusive as regarding the presence of an infection , please get a urine culture to either confirm or exclude the presence of UTI .. Also please get an ultrasound pelvis to exclude prostatitis or renal pathology..
continue on the iron supplements until the hemoglobin levels are back to normal and add folic acid supplements once daily ..
